Home Tonight

Perhaps your place to eat gluten-free is at home tonight. I’m sure that’s often the case
at least it is for me. Tonight I came home to a lemon herb risotto with shrimp that was pretty amazing. What was amazing was that they had added some cream cheese to this risotto.       I’ve made risotto many times and usually it  takes a long time and patience because of stirring and waiting for the liquid to be absorbed by the rice. I’m going to attach the recipe here with my wife’s circles and modifications noted from Cooking Light September 2016. If you’re looking for a creamy smooth risotto some night for two, here is an amazing choice.
